You are cordially invited to the monthly EBN Breakfast event that will take place under the auspices of the Embassy of Belgium, on 14th April at 08:30 at the Holiday Inn (Seimyniskiu 1)

“Professional empowerment of women and promoting women’s entrepreneurship in the labour market”

The presentation will introduce some of the main issues and features that are connected to full and equal access of women into labour market.
A twofold perspective will be considered. Access to labour market, as employees, and entrepreneurship.
What are the main obstacles still preventing full professional empowerment and still limiting the access to female talents and skills in the business and entrepreneurship?
What are the main suggestions and recommendations to ensure full empowerment by supporting gender equality and gender mainstreaming?
Who are the key actors that can support social and economic growth through gender equality?
