Orijana Mašalė is a Member of State-level Emergency Operations Group. She has a temporary contract to help Lithuanian Government fight against COVID-19. Orijana has 14 years of experience in managing teams, works as a member of Boards since 2008. Now Orijana is a Chair of the Board at UAB Trakų šilumos tinklai and UAB Trakų autobusai, works as an independent Board Member in AB Panevežio specialusis transportas and UAB Panevėžio gatvės. Orijana is a Vice-President of American Chamber of Commerce, she is a member of State Progress Council, chaired by the Prime Minister. Orijana has been working as Advisor to Fortune 500 Top 3 American energy corporation Chevron for relations with public authorities in Lithuania. She was a Head of the Marketing Department of Scandinavian insurance company If Lithuanian branch. Orijana has consulted about 100 local and foreign companies, the public sector and non-governmental organizations and politicians on strategy, crisis communication and management.
Dr. Neringa Ivanauskienė - Dean of ISM Executive School, Associate Professor at ISM University of Management and Economics. Neringa Ivanauskienė has been working for more than 15 years in business and gained an experience in various fields as international pharmaceutical market, retail banking sector. Also Neringa Ivanauskienė spent a few years in public sector as an adviser to Kaunas city mayor.
Dr. Neringa Ivanauskienė specializes in Strategic Management, and has more than ten years of experience in teaching and developing curriculum in business management programs. Besides teaching, she actively participates in international conferences and has delivered academic presentations in British Academy of Management BAM, Academy of Marketing Science conferences.
