Multi-cultural Dynamics in Teams: Global Culture Workshop
The Global Culture training will make you better equipped when faced with the challenges of intercultural business, enabling you to work effectively and confidently in an ever-changing world.
You will gain a deeper understanding of what it means to work across borders and discover how to utilise cultural competence as a strength when dealing with cultural diversity.
Using a multi-method approach including case studies and lively intercultural discussions, this programme will introduce you to Hofstede’s model, a scientifically based tool that will optimise daily working practices in an intercultural context.

The interactive and practical nature of the workshop allows the participants to immediately apply their skills to increase their effectiveness and competence when working internationally.Amelia Sestilo is a facilitator, presenter and motivator of unique capacity. Her focus is on delivering impact to individuals and teams through training. She works with self-driven professionals who want to continuously equip themselves with up to date knowledge and skills of today’s leaders. Amelia has the ability to engage clients and get them to challenge their worldviews.
Amelia draws from many modalities and tools including: Emergenetics, Strengths Finder by Gallup, Learning Agility by Korn Ferry, Thomas Kilmann Conflict Styles, Emotional Intelligence, and Global Culture. Originally from the Philippines, Amelia has a degree in Political Economy and International Relations. Amelia lives in Vilnius, Lithuania, actively engages in her community as a Board Member of International Women’s Association, travels, and role models work/life balance.
