The webinar will feature two speakers: Sheelagh Daly, Entrepreneurship Manager at Enterprise Ireland in Dublin and Žydrūnė Vitaitė, Co-founder of Women Go Tech initiative.

After the presentations there will be a Panel Discussion on topics like salary gaps and also general challenges, incentives, best practices, insights and pitfalls with the speakers, Triin Roosalu of Tallinn University, Georgeta Dendrino VP Partnership of the Professional Women's Network Romania and other panelists from across Europe.

About the speakers:

Ms Sheelagh DalySheelagh Daly
Sheelagh worked in hotel management in London and Ireland for over a decade including running her family business. Through her work in the community as President of the Chamber of Commerce she diversified into the field of local development and from there into the public sector. As Head of Enterprise and Chair of the National Network of Local Enterprise Offices her work focused on economic development, entrepreneurship and enterprise. In addition to her hotel management qualifications, Sheelagh holds a degree in Training & Education and a Masters in Project Management, and has been a Director on a number of boards including Microfinance Ireland. In her current role as Entrepreneurship Manager in Enterprise Ireland, Sheelagh is particularly focused on increasing participation by women in business and entrepreneurship. 

Ms Žydrūnė VitaitėŽydrūnė Vitaitė
Žydrūnė's experience includes business development and operations in technological companies (telco and security industries), team management and leadership roles both in business and NGOs. Head of Sales at ELDES (engineering company in security industry), Co-founder of Women Go Tech initiative – first mentorship program in Lithuania to encourage women choose their career in ICT and engineering. Žydrūnė is also experienced speaker at local and international conferences on topics of women empowerment & leadership, women in tech, community building, business development.
