EBN Breakfast meeting: Support for SMEs to innovate and to go international: access to finance, coaching and finding partners

We have the great pleasure to invite our members and friends to our next breakfast meeting with:
Sander van der Molen, M.Sc., M.A., M.Phil. of the Lithuanian Innovation Centre (LIC)
Support for SMEs to innovate and to go international: access to finance, coaching and finding partners

Sander van der Molen has a background in Science & Policy, with a specialization in international economics and Regional Innovation Systems. He has additional master degrees in Philosophy of Science and in Society, Science and Technology. Sander has working experience in the evaluation of European Commission Framework programs and in regional innovation systems studies. Between 2005 and 2009 he was working as a researcher and consultant at the applied research organization TNO in the Netherlands, specializing in foresight of science, technology and innovation and developing strategic advice for governments and sector organizations on innovation policy. Since summer 2009 Sander is employed at the Lithuanian Innovation Centre in Lithuania, advising on the development and implementation of national innovation policy at national and international level. Furthermore Sander advises companies in their innovation strategy and helps in establishing innovative international partnerships. Finally he is involved in international research that studies and compares innovation policy instruments in different European countries.

After the presentation there will be a Q&A session for the members of the EBN and other participants in this meeting.
A light breakfast will be served during the meeting.
The meeting will take place on Thursday, November 25th at 08.30 at the Embassy of Austria (Gaono gv. 6, Vilnius - opposite Stikliai Hotel).
Participation is free for EBN members. Non-members participation fee is 20 Litas, payable at the entrance.
